CareNav
CareNav™ is a free and secure online service connecting caregivers with their local CRC as well as information and resources tailored to their unique experiences. Del Oro, as part of the California CRC system, adopted CareNav™ to facilitate the onboarding of prospective clients, who can now complete an initial screening to establish eligibility.
From a customized dashboard, clients can use CareNav™ to communicate with their assigned family consultant (FC), access literature and educational content on a wide variety of caregiving topics (in English and other languages), and track the direct services they receive (i.e. respite, counseling, etc.).
