Joyful Moments Series Week 7

  • Online (via Zoom) (map)

When caring for an older adult, especially one who has a chronic condition or memory impairment, how do you keep them stimulated and keep their spirits up? How do you attend to your own well-being as a caregiver and find meaning in everyday moments?

In this eight-week series, join Mindy Creson and Elizabeth Fluck, activity specialists from The Hummingbird Project, in guided sessions designed to help you engage your loved one in a variety of activities that promote socialization, physical and spiritual wellness, and creative expression. Designed for BOTH caregiver and care receiver, this program will help you rediscover the joy of being together as you build some beautiful memories.

**Because this program is designed for BOTH caregiver and care receiver, respite will not be offered.**
