Having a loved one go to the emergency room can be an extremely emotional and overwhelming experience. Seniors use the emergency room more than any other demographic. Many families are unprepared to make decisions quickly with minimal information and guidance. What are your options? What do you ask for? In this presentation, Felicia Juntunen, Director of Care Management at Elder Care Management, discusses what to expect when you get to the ER or hospital, and what happens when you leave.
