Permission to Grieve Series, Week 3

All of us know that because we were born, we will die. Death and grief go hand in hand. However, any loss can cause us to grieve, and, because we face many changes and losses throughout our lifetime, we grieve more often than we might expect. Whether you have experienced a recent death, a health crisis, the loss of a long-held perspective or just find yourself struggling with our dramatically changing world, this series will help you understand and develop comfort with grief. Join Julie Interrante, former chaplain and author of The Power of the Broken-Open Heart: Life Affirming Wisdom from the Dying, as she teaches how to name and honor loss, grieve fully, and integrate grief into your continued life experience.
