10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s

  • Margaret K. Troke Branch Library 502 West Benjamin Holt Drive Stockton, CA, 95207 United States (map)

Alzheimer's and other dementias cause changes in memory, thinking and behavior that interfere with daily life. Join Simone Nazzal, Alzheimer's Association Community Educator and Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center Education Coordinator, to learn about 10 common warning signs and what to watch for in yourself and others. This program covers typical age-related changes, common warning signs of Alzheimer's, how to approach someone about memory concerns, early detection, the benefits of diagnosis and the diagnostic process, and Alzheimer's Association resources.

If you need someone to take care of your loved one in order to participate, respite may be available. Please request it no later than July 14, 2022 by calling Del Oro directly at 916-728-9333.
