Using Mindfulness to Manage Caregiving Stress and Build Resilience

This session is an introduction to mindfulness practice and the ways you can integrate mindfulness into your caregiving activities. It will demonstrate that mindfulness does not need to be complicated and it does not require more of your precious time or any special skills. You will learn how to use the activities you already engage in to cultivate presence and rest your mind. Join Roy Remer, Executive Director of the Zen Caregiving Project, to see how maintaining calm while providing care supports your wellbeing and that of the person you care for.
