Laughter Wellness for Caregivers [Rescheduled]

Come learn how laughter wellness can renew your spirit and your connection to others, making you a healthier, more joyful and positive caregiver. The breathing and laughter techniques and exercises you'll learn in the first 45 minutes of class are sure to help you "pump up your smile" for your daily challenges as a caregiver and allow you to mirror more positivity with the client or loved one in your care. The last 45 minutes of this energizing class will allow plenty of time for networking and troubleshooting your personal challenges. We'll create laughter exercises to help you relieve stress in your own routine and that of the individual in your care. You'll learn techniques to lighten the load of morning and dressing routines, meals and meds and sun-downing challenges. And best of all, you'll see that laughter can become an outlet for your own creativity, as you develop your own ways of discovering and adding new laughter exercises to everyone's daily routines!
