Caregiving can be immensely rewarding but also physically and emotionally demanding.  In collaboration with University of the Pacific students, this class addresses issues of caregiver burden and stress.  Participants will learn techniques to manage challenging behaviors commonly associated with dementia, enhancing their caregiving skills.  Additionally, we will explore effective self-care options to promote personal well-being, empowering caregivers to maintain resilience and quality of life.
