MAKING MEANINGFUL MOMENTS OUTSIDE THE HOME

HELPFUL HUB – COMMUNITY RESOURCE PANEL

Get to know some of the many community resources available for those living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias, their families, and caregivers. Panelists will provide an overview of programs and services and will be available to answer questions.

If you need someone to take care of your loved one in order to participate, respite may be available. Please request it no later than September 7, 2024 by calling Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center directly at 916-728-9333.
